Maya and Layla's Princess Castle Cake
This cake was made for some friend's of our two daughters whose birthday's are just days apart from one another. The bottom tier was white cake with raspberry filling and the top tier was chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. The towers were made from rice cereal treats and then covered in fondant and topped with ice cream cones rolled in pink white chocolate and then sprinkled with edible glitter. The entire cake was covered in fondant and the birthday girls' mom bought some Disney Princess figurines to finish off the cake. Happy Birthday Princes Maya and Princess Layla!

Sydney's other Princess cake!
This cake was made for the same girl Sydney (my daughter's BFF) that I made the Princess crown cake for just a few days ago. The cake was the same flavors as the other one... chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream/chocolate chip filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. Handmade Prince and Princess, banner (writing is edible marker), and hearts around the sides which you can't see, were made from homemade marshmallow fondant. Again, I made the cake blue because she loves Cinderella. Happy 4th birthday Syd!

Closeup of Prince and Princess... (I didn't notice how short I actually made the Princess until after I was already finished with her. I think the bottom half of her body got crushed by her upper half... oops!) :)

Sydney's Princess Crown Cake
This cake was made for my daughter's BFF Sydney. She wanted some kind of a Princess cake, and I had the chance to do whatever I wanted, so this is what I came up with. I made the cake pale blue because her favorite Princess is Cinderella. This cake was chocolate with chocolate buttercream/chocolate chip filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. I really love how this cake turned out... I especially love all of the shimmer! Happy Birthday Princess Sydney!

Saniya's Princess Castle
This cake was made for some friends of ours daughter Saniya who was turning 4. A few months back, I made a castle for my daughter's 3rd birthday which was the same size and shape, but had different fondant designs... I actually like the way this one turned out more. The top cake was vanilla with chocolate chip filling and the bottom was vanilla with strawberry filling. All decorations were made from homemade marshmallow fondant, and ice cream cones were used on top of the pillars. Happy Birthday Princess Saniya!

The writing on the banner looks like it was written with a sharpie, but it is actually edible marker.

Emma's Princess Cake!
This cake was made for a little princess who was turning 4. It is very similar to the one I made last month, but the crown is different, the colors were a tad darker and they were flip flopped. The cake was white with strawberry buttercream filling, and coordinating cupcakes were white with vanilla buttercream frosting. The crown, wand, stars, flowers, 4, banner, and polka dots were all made from fondant and were brushed with pink and purple shimmer powder and sprinkled with sanding sugar. Happy birthday princess Emma!

Princess Malena's Castle!
My daughter turned 3 years old, and decided that she wanted a princess party, so we decided to make a princess castle cake. If you ask what her what her name is, she will proudly tell you that her name is princess Malena! (It must be nice living in a fantasy world). All the girls came dressed as princess which was so adorable... we even had a boy dressed as Batman! Anyway, the bottom layer was chocolate, and the top was white all with vanilla buttercream frosting. Paper towel rolls were used for the towers and then wrapped in fondant, ice cream cones that are on top of the towers were rolled in purple chocolate and then sprinkled heavily with edible sparkles, all of the flowers were fondant and were made by my sister-in-law, and princess figurines were used for the finishing touches. Happy 3rd birthday Princess Malena!
